SEOUL, April 6 (Yonhap) -- B.READY, a men’s sun care brand under South Korean beauty giant Amorepacific, has launched a sun block product designed for outdoor use without stickiness, the company said Monday.
Released on the same day, its "Outrun Sun Stick" was developed based on data on male skin and analysis of real-life usage environments.
According to a 2025 men’s grooming report by Opensurvey, about 78 percent of male respondents cited stickiness and oiliness as their biggest complaints when using sunscreen. The product was designed to address these concerns, offering a matte, non-sticky formula suitable for outdoor activities, exercise and driving during the summer.
Outrun Sun Stick features an air-touch texture that adheres lightly to the skin. It leaves a smooth, matte finish upon application and helps control excess sebum and shine for a clean look.
The formula minimizes residue and stickiness, making it easy to use even for men who are not accustomed to sun care products.
It also contains TECA, a high-purity centella asiatica extract, which helps soothe and care for skin exposed to external irritants. In addition to UV protection, the product helps manage dryness and roughness, offering both sun care and skin condition care in one.
The sun stick provides stable UV protection during outdoor activities, with an SPF50+ PA++++ rating and water resistance lasting up to eight hours, making it resistant to sweat and water.
It is suitable for high-activity situations such as running, golf and water activities, and contains porous powder to reduce transfer during exercise.
A B.READY official said the product was designed to balance usability, durability and skin care for active lifestyles, adding it is expected to establish itself as a convenient men’s sun care solution without oiliness.
Outrun Sun Stick is available through major online and offline channels, including Olive Young, Musinsa and Naver Smart Store.
