Singer-Songwriter LØREN Releases New English Single 'Gasoline,' Reinterprets Punk Rock

SEOUL, June 28 (Yonhap) -- LØREN, a singer-songwriter, released his new single "Gasoline" on the 28th, announced by his agency, The Black Label. 

 

"Gasoline" is a collaborative project with the American record label 88rising, part of their project "1999 WRITE THE FUTURE."

 

In this track, LØREN reinterprets punk rock to express inner turmoil and anxiety as he battles demons and societal pressures. The music video, which visualizes the song's intense atmosphere, was released at 1 PM on the same day.

 

LØREN, known for his work as a rock vocalist and songwriter, is also recognized as the son of Lee Hae-jin, the founder of Naver. He has previously worked as a producer for G-Dragon's "Bullshit" and BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls."
