SEOUL, June 12 (Yonhap) -- Singer-songwriter Lee Seung-yoon will release his fourth studio album, "0th Album," on June 26, his agency Mareummo announced on Friday.

The record marks Lee's first new album in about one year and eight months since his third studio album, Yeokseong. According to the agency, the new project reimagines songs he originally worked on alone roughly a decade ago, with newly arranged and rerecorded versions reflecting both his past concerns and his current perspective.

The double-CD album is divided into two sections titled What to Steal and Restless Facade.

A total of 29 tracks are included, featuring the double title songs "What to Steal" and "Restless Facade," along with "Above the Shadow," "Nothing but Yawns," "The 232nd Resolution," "Rebels," and "There Probably Isn't."

Mareummo said the album captures a wide range of emotions — including desire, emptiness, anguish, hope and defiance — through Lee's distinctive voice and lyrics.
