SEOUL, Dec. 22 (Yonhap) -- K-pop singer IU is set to drop a new song “Pieces,” on Dec. 29, according to her agency, EDAM Entertainment, on Wednesday.

A teaser image uploaded on EDAM’s official social media channel shows an illustration of IU’s past albums piled on top of each other, with a clock placed on top and letters in between.

K-pop songstress IU has swept this year’s music charts with her latest songs “Celebrity,” “LILAC,” and “strawberry moon.”

The upcoming song “Pieces” comes two months after “strawberry moon,” which dropped in October.
