SEOUL, March 26 (Yonhap) -- Lotte Department Store said Thursday it will exclusively host a pop-up store celebrating the release of Yuna’s first solo album at its Jamsil branch until March 30.
The pop-up store will be held at “Kinetic Ground,” a K-fashion specialty zone located on the second floor of the Jamsil branch.
The space is designed around the concept of the album “Ice Cream,” offering visitors a range of content that visually captures the artist’s first solo activities.
Various merchandise items targeting fans will be available on-site, including six versions of the album, photo cards, key rings, T-shirts, scrunchies and bracelets.
Visitors will receive two types of postcards, while those participating in a social media authentication event will be given an additional mini photo card key ring. Fan engagement events will also be held, offering special photo cards depending on purchase amounts and items.
Shim Kyu-min, a buyer of the New Generation team at Lotte Department Store, said the pop-up store is expected to attract strong foot traffic, particularly among K-pop fandoms, as it is being held at the K-fashion-focused Kinetic Ground space.
He added the company plans to further expand Kinetic Ground at its Jamsil branch into a venue where visitors can experience a wide range of K-content.
