SEOUL, July 14 (Yonhap) -- K-pop acts, including Super Junior, Stray Kids and aespa, will perform at the "2026 TME Live International Music Awards" (2026 TIMA), a major Chinese-language music awards ceremony, organizers said Tuesday.
According to the event's official social media accounts, a large lineup of leading K-pop artists has been confirmed for the awards ceremony, which will take place at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on Aug. 22-23.
The first day's lineup includes groups 82MAJOR, KiiiKiii, NOWZ, ALLDAY PROJECT, AlphaDriveOne and Hearts2Hearts.
Also set to perform on Aug. 22 are NCT's Taeyong, aespa, BABYMONSTER, RIIZE, Super Junior and Tomorrow X Together. Yeonjun of Tomorrow X Together will appear both with his group and as a solo artist.
On the second day, Aug. 23, performers will include KickFlip, NEXZ, UNCHILD, NDOUBLE, EVAN, MEOVV, NMIXX, PLAVE, WayV, IVE, NCT WISH, Stray Kids and Girls' Generation's Taeyeon. Global pop star Charlie Puth is also scheduled to perform.
The "2026 TIMA" was launched last year by Tencent Music Entertainment Group, China's largest music streaming platform operator.
