SEOUL, Jan. 20 (Yonhap) -- Group NCT and its subunit NCT 127 listed side by side on the U.S. Billboard's main album chart for four consecutive weeks.

NCT 127’s “Sticker,” the third full album, ranked No.196 on the recent “Billboard 200” and entered the charts for 17 weeks, on Jan. 19 (U.S. Time)

The "Billboard 200" ranks the albums by adding numbers of streaming and digital album downloads, which are converted into album sales, to the actual album sales.

The album, released in September 2021, entered No.3 on “Billboard 200” and “Artist 100” charts in the first week of its release and topped four charts: “Top Album Sales,” “Top Current Album Sales,” “World Album,” and “Independent Album.”

"NCT 127's 'Sticker' is continuing to enter the ‘Billboard 200’ chart for the longest time among K-pop artists' albums released in 2021,” explained an official from SM Entertainment.

NCT also listed its name on the “Billboard 200” for three weeks in a row.

NCT's third full album "Universe,” released on Dec. 14, 2021, ranked No. 133 on “Billboard 200,” and topped the “World Album” chart for four weeks.

NCT is a boy group introduced by SM in 2016 and operates in a unique form with the freedom to recruit new members and no limit on the number of members. NCT 127, NCT Dream, NCT U, and WayV are active as subunits.

Last year, NCT’s and its subunits reached 10.91 million in album sales.
