SEOUL, Feb. 20 (Yonhap) -- K-pop singer-actress BIBI is set to release her new single To Happiness on Thursday at 6 p.m., her agency Feel Ghood Music announced.

 

This marks her first comeback in three months since DERRE in November last year. Feel Ghood Music described the new single as a work where BIBI lets go of intensity and instead focuses on a warm, emotional atmosphere.

 

The title track To Happiness conveys a hopeful longing for the arrival of spring after a long winter. The song features a soft acoustic guitar sound paired with BIBI’s warm, murmuring vocals, creating a soothing impression.

 

In contrast, the B-side track Winter takeson a more cynical perspective, portraying emotions toward the season in a starkly different light.

 

BIBI actively participated in the songwriting and composition of the single, as well as directing the music video.

 

Last year, she topped music charts with Bam Yang Gang and expanded her career into acting, starring in Disney+’s Gangnam B-Side and SBS TV’s The Fiery Priest 2.
