SEOUL, May 9 (Yonhap) -- Group LIGHTSUM will drop its first mini-album “Into The Light,” on May 24th, according to the agency Cube Entertainment, on Monday.

The girl group will release the upcoming album after 7 months since the second single “Light a Wish,” in October 2021.

LIGHTSUM is an 8-member girl group that consists of Sangah, Juhyeon, Huiyeon, Nayoung, Chowon, Jian, Hina, and Yujeong.

The group, which debuted in June 2021, entered the iTunes K-pop top album charts in 7 countries including the US, Canada, and the UK, with its title song “VIVACE” from “Light a Wish.”
