SEOUL, May 15 (Yonhap) -- K-pop acts including &TEAM and RIIZE have received Gold Disc certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ), according to the organization's announcement released Friday.

 

&TEAM's third Japanese mini album, "We on Fire," surpassed 750,000 cumulative shipments as of April, earning a Triple Platinum certification, the RIAJ said.

 

The association grants certifications based on cumulative album shipments each month, including Gold for more than 100,000 copies, Platinum for over 250,000 copies, Double Platinum for over 500,000 copies, Triple Platinum for over 750,000 copies and Million for more than 1 million copies.

 

RIIZE's second Japanese single, "All of You," received a Double Platinum certification, while TOMORROW X TOGETHER's eighth mini album, "7TH YEAR: When the Wind Paused Briefly in the Thorn Bush," earned Platinum status.

 

NiziU, the Japan-based group created by JYP Entertainment, also received a Gold certification for its second mini album, "GOOD GIRL BUT NOT FOR YOU."
