SEOUL, Oct. 4 (Yonhap) -- Legendary Korean singer Na Hoon-a, who recently announced his retirement from the music industry, will hold a farewell concert in Seoul next January, marking the end of his iconic career.
His agency, Yeara-Yeesori, announced on October 4 that the concert, titled 2024 Na Hoon-a Thank You – Last Concert, will take place from January 10 to 12 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul’s Olympic Park.
In a letter shared by his agency, Na expressed his sentiments, saying, "It's hard to imagine what emotions I’ll feel on my first and last farewell stage. But, as always, I’ll give my all with a joyful heart.” He added, "I’ll sing our farewell songs with a bright smile. Thank you, everyone."
Na Hoon-a will embark on his final tour starting in Daejeon on October 12, with stops in Gangneung, Andong, Jinju, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan before concluding in Seoul.
Since his debut in 1967, Na has captivated audiences with hits like “Musiro,” “Weeds,” and “Red Persimmon.” Following his unexpected retirement announcement in February, he has been touring nationwide to bid farewell to fans.
