SEOUL, July 10 (Yonhap) -- All eight members of boy group ATEEZ have renewed their exclusive contracts with KQ Entertainment for an additional seven years, the agency announced Thursday.

“We’re happy to continue this journey based on the trust we’ve built over the past seven years,” KQ said in a statement. “We plan to provide our full support so that each member can fully showcase their talents on even bigger stages.”

ATEEZ made its debut in October 2018 with its first EP “TREASURE EP.1: All To Zero,” and has since gained a strong global following with its powerful performances. The group has achieved significant success on international charts, including topping the Billboard 200 with its second full album in 2023 and its 11th EP last year.

In June, ATEEZ entered the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time, landing at No. 69 with “Lemon Drop,” the title track of its 12th EP.

Leader Hongjoong hinted at the renewal during a press event last month, saying, “We’ve been thinking a lot about how we want to present ATEEZ over the long term. I’ll have good news to share soon.”

ATEEZ will release a new version of its 12th mini album, titled “In Your Fantasy Edition,” at 1 p.m. on July 11. The group is also set to embark on a global tour, with stops in 12 North American cities including Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles and Mexico City, as well as Japanese cities such as Saitama, Nagoya and Kobe.
