SEOUL, August 8 (Yonhap) -- Girl group Aespa gathered 40,000 fans for their first Japanese solo concert “aespa JAPAN PREMIUM SHOWCASE 2022 ~SYNK~” in Pia Arena MM, Japan from Aug. 6 to 7, its agency SM Entertainment announced on Monday.

Aespa performed 9 songs including “Black Mamba,” “Next Level,” “Savage,” “Girls,” and “Illusion.”

More than 920,000 people applied to watch the showcase.
