This photo, provided by a reader of Yonhap News Agency, shows a spectacular view of the Daechongbong Peak and Jungcheongbong Peak of Seoraksan mountain covered with snow and snowflakes. On the morning of Nov. 12, the temperature around the mountain, which is located in Sokcho, Gangwon Province, fell below minus 10 degrees Celsius.
