SEOUL, April 16 (Yonhap) -- Sakura of Le Sserafim said the K-pop girl group showed the best stage since its debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in the United States on the 13th (local time),
On the 15th, Sakura posted on the fan community Weverse, saying, "It was a stage that came from the heart, filled with expectations that we can become an even better team in the future and the determination to work even harder."
At Coachella, Le Sserafim performed representative songs like "ANTIFRAGILE," "FEARLESS," and "Perfect Night" with live band accompaniment. However, due to the vivid live performance that included intense choreography, some inexperienced aspects were exposed, leading to discussions online about Le Sserafim's live skills.
Seemingly aware of this, Sakura posted a lengthy reflection that garnered attention from fans and netizens. She mentioned, "I learned a lot from the preparation for Coachella until the day of the stage. What does it mean to stand on stage? Showing a perfect appearance? Making the audience happy? Or is it digesting the stage without allowing a single mistake? Everyone's standards will be different."
She added, "I wanted to make this stage one that could make people who don't know us, who are hearing our songs for the first time, feel 'I had fun! Today was an unforgettable and wonderful day!'"
She further remarked, "I definitely think our determination was conveyed, and we were able to deliver the best stage. We, who debuted less than two years ago and have only toured once, stood tall and enjoyed ourselves on the Coachella stage, pouring our all into this stage."
Sakura concluded by saying, "We will continue to strive to show unimaginable views in the future, so please continue to support us."
Le Sserafim will perform once again at Coachella on the 20th (local time).
