SEOUL, Oct. 6 (Yonhap) -- Super Junior's Yesung will release his second full-length album, "Where We Are," on Tuesday to mark the 10th anniversary of his solo debut, his agency, SM Entertainment, said.
The album contains 12 tracks, including the title track "Pedazos."
"Pedazos" is a dynamic modern rock song that portrays the complex emotions left behind after a breakup. Yesung showcases a wide vocal range, moving between husky low notes and explosive high notes.
Yesung participated in writing the lyrics for nine of the album's tracks and composed one of them. He also took part in directing the album.
"The more I worked on the album, the more I realized that these 10 years don't belong entirely to me," he said. "I thought a lot about the people who listened to my stories and supported me by my side. As a result, I felt much more grateful to everyone who has been with me than a desire to be congratulated on my 10th anniversary."
"I want to sing until the final moment of my life. That's why I think the next 10 years will be just like the present," he said. "My mindset now isn't much different from when I first started singing."
Yesung will kick off his 10th anniversary concert tour, "ABOUT THE THINGS WE CALLED ORDINARY," at KBS Arena in Seoul on Oct. 16-18 before visiting eight locations across Asia.
