SEOUL, Feb. 15 (Yonhap) -- The OST (original soundtrack) of group BTS-motivated webtoon and web novel “7FATES: CHAKHO,” ranked top of the world’s music charts.

“Stay Alive,” the OST of “7FATES: CHAKHO,” ranked No. 1 on the iTunes Top Song chart in 100 countries and regions around the world, until Feb. 12, according to Big Hit Music.

The song topped the Bugs chart soon after its release on Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. It also ranked third on Melon's real-time chart, recording the highest on major music sites in Korea.

“Stay Alive” was streamed 4,273,772 times on the world’s largest music streaming platform Spotify and ranked No. 3 on the Top 200 Global chart, on Feb. 11.

The song also topped Japan's Oricon Daily Digital Single Ranking.

“7FATES: CHAKHO,” collaborated with BTS and Naver webtoon, is a reinterpretation to webtoon and web novel based on the ideas of “Chakhogapsa,” tiger hunters of the Joseon Dynasty in Korea.

“Stay Alive,” with its dreamy and magnificent atmosphere, attracted attention as it was produced by BTS’s member Suga (birth name: Min Yoon-gi) and performed by Jungkook (Jeon Jung-kook).
