SEOUL, Sept. 1 (Yonhap) -- Stray Kids drew 140,000 fans over two days at Tokyo National Stadium in Tokyo on Aug. 29-30 for the Japan leg of their new world tour "RUN IT," their agency JYP Entertainment said Tuesday.
Stray Kids are the first overseas male act to hold a solo concert at the stadium, one of Japan's largest concert venues.
With "RUN IT," the group sold out all seven shows across four Japanese cities, including Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka, at Vantelin Dome Nagoya, Kyocera Dome Osaka and Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka.
At the Tokyo National Stadium concerts, the group performed a variety of hit songs, including "Topline," "Hellevator," "Side Effects," "MANIAC," "God's Menu," "Thunderous" and "This & That," as well as new songs.
Including fans at the venue and those who watched the paid livestream on Aug. 30, a total of 175,000 people were estimated to have enjoyed the concerts.
"It has undoubtedly become a memorable day," the group said. "We are truly grateful and love you all for creating such an amazing sight that made us doubt our own eyes."
The group also announced the release of its fourth Japanese mini-album, "SUIATSU," on Nov. 25, saying, "We are confident in our next album" and "We will continue to deliver the best work that we can be proud of."
The group also surprised fans by announcing three concerts at Tokyo Dome on Nov. 6-8. With the addition of those shows, Stray Kids will meet a total of 520,000 fans through their Japan tour alone.
Last month, Stray Kids' mini-album "This & That" topped the Billboard 200, Billboard's main albums chart, marking the group's ninth consecutive No. 1 album and making them the group with the most albums to reach No. 1 on the chart in the 21st century.
