SEOUL, March 18 (Yonhap) -- Group Ghost9’s member Lee Kang-sung has tested positive for COVID-19, according to agency Maroo Entertainment, on Friday. 

Lee had cold symptoms from Wednesday afternoon and was confirmed with the coronavirus.

The member had finished his second shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The agency explained, “Lee currently has only mild cold symptoms, and according to the guidelines of the authorities, he will temporarily suspend his activities and separate himself from the members to concentrate on recovery.”
 

Member Son Jun-hyung also showed cold symptoms and was tested positive after a rapid antigen test on Friday. 

Group Seeya’s former member Kim Yeon-ji is confirmed with COVID-19.

Kim posted a photo of a notice distributed to patients who tested positive in a rapid antigen test through her social media and said, “I've been taking care of myself so it feels so unfair.”

The oldest TV music talent show host, MC Song Hae, tested positive for the COVID-19.

Song had completed his third shot of vaccine and has no major health problems at the moment.

Comedian Jung Jun-ha also was confirmed with the coronavirus and could not participate in the MBC entertainment show “Hangout with Yoo" scheduled on March 17.

Actress Kim Hyun-sook and entertainer Park Kyung-rim also tested positive for the coronavirus.
