According to the OTT service industry on Saturday, Netflix, Wavve, Watcha and more will be showcasing various series with the topic of revenge such as “Woman of Dead,” and more.
From series where protagonist uses special powers to travel back in time for revenge to ones where protagonist loses his or her family to the trusted ones and seek for revenge, the options are limitless.
◇ Super power revenge “Copenhagen cowboy,” “Tokyo Revenges”
The Netflix original series “Copenhagen Cowboy” depicts a six episode series about a protagonist who uses its superpower as a mean of revenge.
Protagonist Miu acted by Angela Bundalovic was dragged into the red light district of Denmark after being left alone while she was young.
Due to her special ability of manipulating luck, she was treated as a living lucky charm where people would sell her over to various people for money. Throughout her life she decides to use her power to seek revenge on those who inflicted pain on her.
Moreover, Disney Plus will be showcasing a Japanese animation series “Tokyo Revengers” which depicts a story of a protagonist who travels back in time to save a girl who was murdered.
The upcoming series is based on the cartoon where protagonist travels back in time to seek revenge on murderers.

“Being a Hero” depicts a story of a son figure who seeks revenge on his father’s death.
Protagonist figure decides to work for the drug organization in order to clear his father’s name, however the police officer suspects of the protagonist of working one with the drug dealers, despite of his curiosity police helps the protagonist with his revenge.
