SEOUL December 17 (Yonhap) -- Korea Minting and Security Printing Corp released Medals marking the 10th anniversary of global K-pop sensation BTS' debut on December 16.

Front side of the medal showcases engraved name of the group, BTS, and on the side of the medal it showcased 2013 which is the year group debuted, and their tenth anniversary 2023.

Moreover, the medal will showcase a star symbol of the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corp with number 10 inside for the first time, and the medal is covered with BTS logo throughout the medal which starts off from the middle and spreads throughout the medal.

The number 10 which symbolizes the tenth anniversary of the group is pressed with unique technique so it can have a reflective surface just like a mirror.

The first release of the medal out of the two that HYBE and Korea Minting and Security Printing Corp has planned is released with three options for the gold version of the medal, and a silver medal, with the quantity of total 87 thousand 777.
