SEOUL, August 11 (Yonhap) -- BTS and Samsung’s new product Galazy Z Flip4 drew New Yorkers’ attention at the New York Times Square, also known as global crossroad.

Samsung displayed collaborative video “Galaxy Z Flip4 X BTS” on 15 screens at Times Square, Manhattan, New York City on Wednesday at 4 p.m. (Thursday at 5 a.m KST) for an hour.

Galaxy Z Flip4 made its debut with BTS after it was revealed at an event in New York Wednesday morning.

The displayed video, in a format of music video, shows 2 clips of Galaxy Z Flip4 X BTS and commercial of Galaxy Z Flip 4 for about 10 minutes and was replayed for an hour.

Some tourists and New Yorkers recorded or took photos of the commercial, which began after the count down “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1” on billboards that surround three sides of Times Square.

The first collaborative video with BTS is named “Galaxy x BTS: Unfold your world with Z Flip4│Samsung” and the play time is about 4 min. 20 sec.

The video is about BTS fan meeting BTS in virtual universe with Galaxy Z Flip4, and the story unfolds with BTS’s new song “Yet to Come.”

Some people also showed interest saying “There is BTS,” when BTS welcomed BTS fan as she walked into a room, and at a beach in the commercial.

The Second video “Over the Horizon 2022 produced by SUGA of BTS” displayed BTS members experiencing something new with Galaxy Z Flip4.

Member Suga arranged “Over the Horizon,” and it plays for about 1 min. 30 sec.

Meanwhile, BTS fans in a group were not seen in Times Square as the release of BTS videos was not announced in advance.

Samsung released 4 colors of Galaxy Z Flip 4, graphite, pink gold, blue, and bora purple, along with the collaborative video with BTS.
