LOS ANGELES, Apr. 19 (Yonhap) – S. Korean filmmaker Kim Yong-hwa, who is behind the megahit “Along With the Gods” series, has signed a contract with the major American entertainment agency “United Talent Agenct”(UTA), according to the entertainment industry news Deadline on Apr. 18(U.S. Time).

The media introduced, “UTA has signed Korean filmmaker Kim Yong-hwa, one of the most important figures in the Korean screen industry,” adding, “The ’Along With the Gods’ franchise is the most successful in Korean cinema history, and also made waves at the box office in countries including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.”

Moreover, it added that UTA will now be taking an “Along With the God” TV series to market.

UTA, established in 1991, is a global talent agency based in Beverly Hills, California.
