SEOUL, Oct. 19 (Yonhap) -- K-pop supergroup BTS will hold an offline fan event dubbed "The City Arirang" in Singapore throughout December, BigHit Music said Monday.
"The City" is an offline fan event that projects BTS' stories onto urban spaces, transforming an entire city center into an immersive experience.
The event has previously been held in various locations, including Seoul, Las Vegas and London.
The Singapore edition will run for the longest period yet, from Dec. 1-31.
The event will be held at various locations, including the National Gallery Singapore, the National Museum of Singapore and Resorts World Sentosa, to celebrate BTS' Singapore concerts for its "Arirang" world tour in December.
The Singapore Tourism Board described it as "the largest citywide project involving a single artist," adding that the first Southeast Asian edition of "The City" demonstrates Singapore's ability to attract globally renowned intellectual properties.
BTS will perform four concerts at the National Stadium in Singapore on Dec. 17, 19, 20 and 22.
